With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Neeti brings a unique blend of expertise as a licensed UK Architect and Project Manager specializing in both fit-out and ground-up construction from concept through completion. Based in New York, she has successfully led projects across multiple continents, delivering high-quality results for global clients in the commercial, residential, cultural, and mixed-use sectors. In 2024, Neeti founded Constrata Group, a Consulting and Owner’s Representative firm dedicated to providing strategic guidance and excellence in construction project execution.

Known for her clarity in communication, meticulous attention to detail, and strong command of the full project lifecycle - from early feasibility and team assembly through design, construction, and close-out - Neeti brings a practical approach grounded in strong technical understanding, complemented by an eye for design and quality.

Neeti holds a Bachelor of Arts and Postgraduate degrees in Architecture and is a licensed Architect in the United Kingdom (ARB).
